Your coaching is tailored to your own schedule which makes it convenient and manageable resulting in higher success rates. You will still have access to training, nutrition, stress management plus many others depending on your needs whenever you need through just a call or text from any area you may be in.

When receiving an exercise program it will be through a spreadsheet. Online coaching will be tailored and provided to you through an app called ‘Trainerize’ which will be given when your coaching begins. With trainerize you will be able to use 24/7 to access your tailored program and nutrition both with tracking features, communicate with your personal trainer as well as additional information on exercises you may need support with.

Everyone’s body is different and unique to them so there is no exact timeframe that can be given until we have worked together for some time. Outside of training there are many things that can factor into your weight and results so we work together on everything to overcome any obstacles that may be in place. In some fitness journeys there are results straight away and with some it may take a little bit longer but we will get there in the end.

No. I do not promote strict dieting, it puts too much stress and strain which is not healthy mentally and also not sustainable. Nutrition will be given in macros which you have full freedom in choosing which foods you eat to fit in those macros, at the start we see what you usually are eating day to day and make small changes over time to make a more long-term healthy change!

The convenience of online coaching is it doesn't matter where in the world you are located as everything is done online. However, if you are looking for face to face sessions, you will need to have a way to get to Fairfield NSW 2165.

What we need to do is all dependent on what it is. Yes we for sure will take into consideration all factors and work with what we have however, there are some cases where we will need a doctors clearance before training begins (this form will be given before training commences and after the consultation), with new injuries you will have needed to have worked with a exercise physio, physiotherapist etc and have clearance from them after your rehabilitation program is done before training again. If you have had an injury in the past which has recovered then we will communicate and figure out what to avoid and what to continue to do.
